We are searching for a Unit Operations Coordinator - someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the physical environment in both the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Progressive Care Units meet all the safety and regulatory standards and is maintained in order to provide optimal patient care

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops system for maintaining unit environmental standards as required by the Fire Marshall, Health Dept., Safety Dept., and JCAHO
  • Manages and tracks all unit equipment and unit based supplies to ensure that equipment and supplies are available to meet the needs of the patients
  • Coordinates and maintains all Information Systems by collaborating with TCH IS
  • Performs other job related duties within the time frame as assigned by the Assistant Directors


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of hospital operations and supply management experience
